ladies and gentlemen

please allow me to introduce you to ... (drum roll please)

www.fatcatfelt.com

ta-daaaa!

believe me, it might not look like much, but this has been a long time in the making. i'm not very good with the interweb technology mcgubbins so, even if i do say so myself, i'm quite chuffed at my attempt at a web presence for my felting business.

i'm always keen to learn and improve so any suggestions and (constructive) criticism (please be gentle) will be made most welcome. i'd love to know what you think ...

looks really good, but I would remove the IFA button if I was you, I got my wrists slapped for having it on the blog, apparently they are worried about being associated with inferior work, which i thought was a bit rude bearing in mind they are quite happy to take everyones money regardless of their felting abilities.

You did a great job . The links all seemed to work and it's very organized and easy to navigate .

thanks for your kind feedback fibrespace, and also for the heads-up ... that is a bit of a cheek, given that there aren't any requirements for joining other than an annual fee. maybe different levels of membership would be a good idea?

thanks krex, and also for checking the links - i was a bit weary by the end of the day and had double and triple checked but it's always good to have confirmation :)

All looks good to me.
Ive had a link to the IFA for about a year on my blog & no problems.
Im sure I recall somewhere on the IFA site seeing something about members being able to put a link, ON the IFA members list, to their blog or whatever so long as they have a reciprocal link to the IFA site on their website/blog. I did email the membership secretary regarding this (about a year ago) asking if there was an official `button` or widget or whatever its called & she didnt know.. so I just used the logo same as you have.

Looking good Tracy but I would change your link to folksy as the image goes to folksy homepage but the text goes to you. It looks like one link so when I clicked on the image I was surprised when it didn't go to your shop. Would be simpler to have it as one link and for it to be your shop :)

thanks feltersjourney. hhhmm not too sure what to do about the ifa logo now ... think i'll leave it be for now and see what happens. it does seem a little unfair though if they can't get a standardised approach to folk using the logo.

ta angela, that's a good point - funny the things you miss, even though you've been over it a thousand times! now fixed :)

all i need to do now is re-stock my folksy shop ...
